I'm taking a little time off to visit friends in the mile-high city of Denver, and then on to the plains of Minnesota and South Dakota to visit my brother and sister-in-law (remember Marlys Granola? That's her!) and go to my high school reunion. Yay, old girlfriends!
In Denver we'll be visiting the Dinars, who used to be our neighbors in California and have remained friends for years. You may remember that one of the Dinar daughters, Yasmin, taught us Yasmin's Stuffed Cabbage, so I expect to be eating some good food in both places.
I'll be sure to share whatever I learn when I get back. See you in a couple of weeks! Dana
