DANA!! This is a fabulous gift to all us couples, especially the ones (like us) who don't really like to cook. Much, anyway. And I agree that chicken thighs are the tastiest part .. they're succulent compared to the breast, which always turns our dry for me.
ReplyDeleteMy fave go-to is roasted salmon fillets, skin down, on one end of a foiled baking sheet, cut-up veggies on the other, and olive oil + seasonings on all. After ten minutes or so in the 350 oven, the salmon is ready to take up. The veg timetables is a bit longer.
